Qualityhats.fi is company based in Estonia and Finland. Product production country varies with differents brands.
Qualityhats.fi uses Stripe to process payments. Info on Stripe can be found here. Stripe handles all creditcard infomation and we do not store card information ourselves.
Accepted payements via Stripe: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, SEPA, Sofort, iDeal, Giropay, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ja Microsoft Pay for mobile and desktop.
Qualityhats.fi uses various shipping services depending on the destination of a shipment. We ship our hats globally.
If you can’t find your country on the list when choosing shipping method, please contact us so that we can add your country.
Current prices are stated in our webstore. Prices are stated in euros. Qualityhats.fi reserves the right to change prices. Prices include 24% VAT. When ordering from some regions VAT will be deducted on checkout.
Shipping to Finland 6,00 eur.
Shipping Globally 12,00 eur.
The shipping cost is per order.
We sell globally.
Orders will be shipped the following working day after an order is made. Delivery time is dependat on what shipping method you choose.
If a product is sold out, we will inform you and you may wait for new products to arrive or cancel the order without cost.
Reclamations and faulty products
If a wrong or faulty product is delivered the customer have to inform the seller (Qualityhats.fi) as soon as possible.
The product may be sent back and can be replaced with the correct product or the order can be refunded.

Orders not picked up
An order not picked up is not the same as a return of product.
If a customer does not pick up the order when delivered, Qualityhats.fi will charge 20 eur. The payment is used for shipping the order back to us.
All returns have to be agreed on with the seller and a return notification has to be made.
